I am a long time resident of this property and must say that compared to others I've lived in or visited, this is top rank. I have never had an issue with the maintenence personnel or the office staff. They are friendly professional and above all have been more than willing to work with me in any low periods I may have experienced. Sure there are some things that occur that are outside of their immediate control such as after hours pool visits. However even those now have a plan in place to monitor activity and limit to only residents and their immediate friends. They also limit pool activity to the normal hours. Kudos ! Not many complexes can claim that ! All in all this has been and is an excellent place to hang my hat !

Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to comment on our community and for recognizing our efforts to control the pool area traffic. Fortunately, our neighbors have helped with this in large part and the summer is off to a great start. We are glad you call Mission Spring Creek home! Thank you, Anne Property Manager 972-530-1882

Problems: german roaches, management*, maintenance**, incorrect fees, flood-prone parking lot. *Lower-level staff has a high turnover rate, so whenever Anne or Samantha (the managers) provide misinformation, they conveniently blame it on a lower-level employee. Fortunately, there are never more than three managers at the complex at one time, so when the top two ladies blame someone else, it's pretty easy to spot their crap. **I've been told that maintenance will only come when you fill out a paper maint. application/complaint, but management is inconsistent on this issue (here we go again: misinformation). Maintenance came a few times to fix my air conditioning, but blamed everything on the new air filter I'd bought two days before (weird). They then, randomly, came back to fix some part I'd never heard of before. The air conditioning didn't improve, but I've filed a new application/complaint, so we'll see how this turns out. I enjoyed: the cheap price of the apartment, having Anne speak nicely towards me during the last few months of my lease. Also: The City of Garland charges a lot for electricity. Many other residents complain of break-ins, drug problems, and bugs on other review sites.
