My feelings are mixed. I love the location, my floorplan (absolutely love that all the 2 bedrooms have a separate dining room), and the latest staff. The current manager, Beth and her assistant are awesome. They are always willing to help you and always friendly and on top of things. Sadly, they have inherited missteps and stupid decisions from previous management (Beth is the 3rd property manager since I moved in in 2008). I have had no major need for maintenance, but they are very prompt and skilled when they are needed. Not so in love with the trash situation, (we have one dumpster for the whole complex and it is always full, and we get charged if we don't put trash in the dumpster), and not in love with the payment options. You can pay online, but you have to set up recurring payments in order to avoid the $14.95 fee, however, water is rolled in, and I do not have the time (or attention span) to adjust my monthly payment every month. If they just debited me my amount due, it would be much less frustrating.

I love living at Mission Preston Wood you don't have a hassle with the parking and there is no loud noise. Neighbors are nice and things get done in a timely manner when maintenance is asked to come out. Property in always clean and the location is great just right of the highway.
