the apartments are nice. maintnence is very good and quick also. I've lived here for almost 5 months already and have never had any type of problems with the community nor the apartment itself. Outside there is some normal litter but other than that is nice. the appliances inside the apartment would be my only concern. They are old and dont really work. have had problems with both the stove and the refridgerator. The pool is always dirty and full of leaves and the gym equiptment is old and most of it doesnt work. Overall its a good place to live but they just need to fix up the amenities a bit.

Thank you for your kind words about our community and service team. I will be more than happy to submit a service request about your appliances to see if we can makes repairs or if necessary replace the appliances in question. As for the fitness center we have recently performed repairs to several pieces of equipment as well as entered into a quarterly maintenance agreement with a vendor to make sure they stay in working condition. If you ever have an issue with the equipment please contacts the leasing office and we will have someone out to service the machines. The swimming pool is a challenge due to the many trees that we have at the pool area and we are constantly cleaning the pool. If you ever visit the pool and it needs extra attention please come into the office and we will have it taken care of right away. I appreciate your honesty and candid feedback. By sharing these experiences, you only help us become better.
